* At Fromuth Tennis we want to ensure our customers receive the highest customer service and satisfaction. We understand that sometimes sizes do not work, the product is not what you expected, customers change their minds, etc. Accordingly, we are happy to accept returns for credit or exchange within 30-days of the invoice date.
* All items returned for credit must be in brand new condition so that we can restock and resell them as new. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and must be free of labels or tape. Racquets must be unused, free of ball fuzz and scrapes, with the wrapper still on the handle. Apparel must be unworn, unwashed with original manufacturer tags and/or packaging.
* Items returned for warranty replacement will be replaced. We are unable to issue refunds for defective merchandise.
* All items returned for warranty replacement will be replaced upon receipt with exception of those that do not fall within the parameters provided by the manufacturer and must be returned to the manufacturer. In that instance, please allow 4-6 weeks.
* Shipping costs for items returned for credit or exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
* Returned merchandise that does not fall under these guidelines may be subject to a 10% restocking charge or may be returned to the customer.
