Fromuth Racquet Sports Return & Exchange Policy

• Items must be unused and unworn, with original tags and packaging.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and must be free of labels or tape.
  • Racquets must be unused, free of ball fuzz and scrapes, with the wrapper still on the handle.
  • Apparel must be unworn, unwashed with original manufacturer tags and/or packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Returned merchandise that does not fall under these guidelines may be subject to a 10% restocking charge or may be returned to the customer.

• Used racquets or shoes showing signs of wear.
• Apparel that has been worn, washed, or is missing tags.
• Court equipment and ball machines unless unopened and unused.
• Items marked "Final Sale"

• Items returned for warranty replacement will be replaced. We are unable to issue refunds for defective merchandise.
• All items returned for warranty replacement will be replaced upon receipt with exception of those that do not fall within the parameters provided by the manufacturer and must be returned to the manufacturer. In that instance, please allow 4-6 weeks.

• Shipping costs for items returned for credit or exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
