Get to every single ball with blistering speed in the Vapor 12. A reworked upper and lightweight rubber outsole make it more responsive than the 11. This special-edition blends the traditional look of the tournament with accents and finishes that pay tribute to tennis' original surface.
- Lighter Load We brought back the firm midfoot plastic piece seen on past Vapors to provide great stability and transitions when cutting from side to side. The supportive piece also allowed us to remove the rubber in the midfoot, which helped reduce the overall weight of the shoe.
- Lightweight Upper The engineered mesh upper is lightweight and durable. We reduced weight of the mesh while protecting high-wear zones on the toe tip and medial side.
- Stick and Cut The Herringbone traction pattern is made of our new rubber compound that’s lighter than Vapors of the past. It allows you to decelerate, plant and back into position without feeling like you’re rounding off your cuts.
- A full midfoot fit band allows you to pull the laces tighter to enhance the fit and enable faster cuts. There’s midsole foam in-between the plastic and the rubber, which wasn’t on the Vapor 11, so you can jab, cut with unrivaled agility.
